Full Portal access is only granted to customers with a direct support agreement with MobileIron.
Based on your level of direct support with MobileIron, your organization is limited to a number of Full Portal access users. However, no limit is applied to users within your organization who have passed one of the following accreditation exams within MobileIron University:
Customers: Core Administrator Fundamentals or Design and Deployment Specialist - Intermediate
Partners: Core Deployment & Administrator Fundamentals or Design and Deployment Specialist Intermediate – Partner
